Discover the story of our family cherry orchard in Fernelmont 🍒
It all started four years ago, when we decided to open the doors of our orchard to the public 🍒 The idea was simple: let people come and pick their own cherries. And it quickly turned into a real family adventure!

We look after our cherry trees all year round to bring you the best cherries possible 🍒 From winter pruning to planting new trees and the summer harvest, every step is done with love and respect for nature!

Being close to you, offering a warm welcome and quality cherries, while respecting nature, that's what drives us 🍒 We care for our trees to grow flavourful, natural cherries! Our plot has also been awarded the "Wildlife Estates" label since 2026 🌿

Hi, I'm Camille, the eldest of the family and the one who came up with the self-picking idea. But this project would never have become what it is today without my dad, my brother and my sister, who quickly joined the adventure and helped it grow far beyond anything we had imagined, and that's exactly what I love about it! In June 2025, just a few days before self-picking began, our team grew once more with the arrival of my little boy, the sweetest cherry on the cake (I had to slip that one in, didn't I!). You might just spot Achille scampering between the cherry trees, a few stains on his clothes 😄

Hi, I'm Florence! If I'm not welcoming you at the orchard with a smile, I'm probably at my computer putting together a flyer or a social media post. Yep, I love communication! But what motivates me most in this adventure is seeing the people who come to pick leaving with a smile on their faces, knowing they truly enjoyed the moment (and will keep enjoying it for a few more days thanks to their full baskets). A special mention too for all the wonderful moments shared with my brother, my sister and my dad.

Hi, I'm Arnaud, the orchard's Swiss Army knife. During the season I welcome you with a smile. Take your time for a little chat with us, we love getting to know you! I also help pick the cherries for the deliveries, plant the new trees,… and I even built this website you're reading right now! What I enjoy most is watching people have a good time, away from the rush and stress of everyday life, sharing moments with their family and friends, and of course spending time myself with my own family around a shared activity.

First season
We open the orchard doors for the very first time. The adventure begins!

200 families welcomed
Word of mouth spreads, and we welcome over 200 families in a single season.

Meuse@Campagnes visits us and shares our story with the whole region.

Record attendance
Over 1000 families welcomed in our history. Our best season yet!

What's next?
New varieties (freshly replanted Kordia and Areko, producing within 2 years), more cherry trees, and the same family passion as always.
