No, no appointment needed! 🤗 Come whenever you like during our opening hours. If you'd like to visit outside regular hours, feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can arrange something.

We grow bigarreau cherries, mainly the Regina variety 🍒 A firm-fleshed, sweet and juicy cherry, perfect for both eating fresh and for cooking or preserving! We have also recently replanted Kordia and Areko trees that will start producing in about 2 years.

Remember to bring your bags, boxes or buckets to take your cherries home 🧺 Don't forget to dress for the weather: wear boots if it has rained recently, the ground can get muddy 👢

Entrance to the orchard is completely free! 🤩 You only pay by weight for the cherries you pick.

Head towards the Château de Fernelmont 🏰 Once facing the castle, take the dirt path on its right and follow it for about a kilometre. After a small wood, on your left, you'll see a large open gate — that's the entrance to our orchard! Park along the dirt path. Signs are placed along rue des Combattants to guide you 📍 Find the full directions on our How to find us section or check the access map.

⚠️ Please note: do not come via the path with a chapel at the entrance to the village of Noville-les-Bois. This path crosses a private road that does not belong to us.

Yes, of course! 🚗 You can drive all the way to the cherry trees. Follow the access directions, enter through the open gate and park along the dirt path. Just make sure not to park right in front of the cherry trees so as not to block the way. Thanks!

Our opening hours are available on the Self-Picking page and will be updated as the season approaches 🍒 Nature keeps its secrets — cherries never let us know too far in advance when they'll be ready! Their ripening depends heavily on the weather, which makes it hard to set dates more than two weeks before the season starts. Follow us on Facebook to stay informed in real time 😊

Yes, don't worry! When nature calls between the cherry trees, a toilet is available on site 😊

Yes! We provide pre-weighed buckets with hooks to hang them easily on branches 🪣 As for ladders, two sizes are available so you can reach cherries right up to the top. For younger children, we recommend our step stools — safer and better suited for little ones! ⚠️ This equipment is provided free of charge: we accept no liability for any accident related to its use.

Yes! 😋 We have a cherry pitter/crusher that lets you turn your cherries into purée in just a few minutes. You'll leave with fresh fruit purée, ready for your recipes and baking. Remember to bring your bottles or airtight containers 🫙

Yes, cherries freeze beautifully! 🧊 Wash them, dry them and spread them on a tray in the freezer before putting them in bags. They keep for 10 to 12 months. Check out our complete freezing guide for all the details.

Children of all ages are welcome! 👶 However, please note that the terrain is an open-field orchard: dirt paths and sometimes muddy ground. Standard pushchairs don't roll well — bring a baby carrier if your little one isn't walking yet.

Yes! 🚗 You can park along the dirt path leading to the orchard. There's no paved car park, but there's plenty of space. Just make sure not to block the way in front of the cherry trees.

We are not certified organic, but we grow our cherries with the bare minimum of treatments 🌿 Our priority is to offer you healthy, tasty cherries while respecting nature and our trees. Our plot has also been awarded the "Wildlife Estates" label in 2026, recognising our efforts for biodiversity.

Yes, we're open even in the rain! 🌧️ Bring boots and a raincoat. Cherries don't wait for sunshine, and the orchard has its own charm in the rain 😊

No, no minimum at all! Pick at your own pace, even just a small kilo 🍒 Everyone leaves with the amount they want.

We accept cash and QR code payments (Payconiq/Bancontact) 📱 However, we don't have a card terminal on site.
